Oasis Park Feurteventura, the only zoo on the island, is located a few kilometers from Costa Calma. More than 250 species of animals live here, kept in almost natural conditions on the area of 800 thousand square kilometers. The park includes sanctuary for Arabian camels (camel riding tours are also organized).

It is possible to see animal shows with sea lions, snakes, lemurs, birds or parrots, which are extremely clever and interact with the audience. With and additional fee, swimming with the sea lions or playing with lemurs is also possible.

The animals are kept in almost natural conditions and the park has been rewarded for protecting endangered species.

Zookeepers look after the animals, there is a veterinary clinic, and the cooks take care of the animals diet. Within reach of your hand there are giraffes that you can feed with fruit and vegetables. Camels, elephants, zebras, flamingos or monkeys are just as close.

Oasis Park includes a beautiful botanical garden and one of the biggest cacti gardens.

A free bus service operates to the park from Costa Calma.
